ist wohl ein problem von vielen grossen, alten & etablierten firmen, dass die gewachsenen strukturen eher innovationen abwürgen, denn fördern. motto: “nein, da bin ich nicht zuständig. sags mal dem… und dann machen wir in 3 monaten eine sitzung.”
